Call for Transfer Networks under the URBACT IV Programme Announced

The URBACT IV interregional cooperation programme has launched a Call for Transfer Networks, focusing on the transfer of 116 good practices that were awarded the URBACT Good Practice label in 2024. Cities that received this label now have the opportunity to transfer their good practices to other interested cities by forming a transfer network.

The main goal of the transfer networks is to enhance and expand the positive impact of existing successful practices, projects, or policies in those European cities that have not yet developed similar initiatives. The transfer networks will allow cities to work together on adapting and reusing a good practice already implemented in one city, while also improving that practice based on the experiences gained through its reuse.

European cities will have the opportunity to apply for participation in the transfer networks from April 1 to June 30, 2025. Cities that hold the URBACT Good Practice label can apply as lead partners, while cities from Montenegro may participate as partner cities adopting the practice.

The maximum budget per network is €750,000, including co-financing.
