Media Announcement – Panel Discussion on Chapter 5: Public Procurement

The Ministry of European Affairs, through the EU4ME project and in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, is organizing a panel discussion on Chapter 5 – Public Procurement on Monday, July 7, from 10:30 to 13:00 at the Science and Technology Park, MVP Hall.

The program begins with opening remarks by Novica Vuković, Minister of Finance, and Maida Gorčević, Minister of European Affairs.

The event will feature two panels: Panel 1: Focused on public institutions and business perspective, with speakers Sašo Matas (Director-General, Public Procurement Directorate, Slovenia), Jelena Jovetić (Director-General, Directorate for Public Investment Management and Public Procurement Policy, Montenegro), Nataša Cicmil (Secretary, Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement), and Dragoljub Bulatović (Advisor, Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro).

Panel 2: Focused on civil society, with speakers Jelena Jovetić, Dragana Jaćimović (Institute Alternative), Dejan Milovac (MANS), and Tanja Dragović (State Audit Institution of Montenegro).

Media representatives are invited to attend and report on the benefits of closing Chapter 5 and the next steps in public procurement reforms.
