Berane got a modern wastewater treatment plant

The Municipality of Berane has got a modern wastewater treatment plant and 21 kilometers of sewerage and kilometer and a half of atmospheric networks. The project is funded from EU funds, and also four facilities in the water supply system have been constructed and reconstructed. The story of the journalist TV Prva Jelena Gardovic reports about the benefits that this project will bring to the river Lim and the citizens of Berane.

A story by journalist Gardovic is one of three awarded at this year’s Best Television Story Competition on the Montenegro’s accession to the European Union.

The competition was a part of the Strategy of Informing the Public on EU accession 2019-2022, within the EU4ME project funded by the EU, and implemented by UNDP.
