ted the benefits of the INCREASE project to representatives of domestic companies interested in the innovative technological solutions of the project.
The INCREASE project is funded by the EU Horizon Europe Programme and aims to make effective progress in the use of integrated photovoltaic elements on buildings and infrastructure.
Project manager Branka Knežević stated that the project plans to install photovoltaic panels on two buildings owned by the Capital City – the building of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development, and the public garage in Novak Milošev Street.
“By creating these innovative solutions and demonstratively installing photovoltaic elements on buildings, better energy efficiency, functionality, and reduced environmental impact will be ensured,” Knežević emphasized.
Renewable energy expert from the company Onyx Solar, Ismael Antonanzas, highlighted the numerous benefits of the project and pointed out the economic, ecological, and functional features of the installed photovoltaic panels.
In the second part of the workshop, Maarjaa Olesk, an analyst from the partner Institute of Baltic Studies in Tartu (Estonia), spoke about possible joint activities with interested project partners.
The quality of the workshop was further enhanced by the participation of companies Sistem MNE, Greener, and Biro M, which contributed to a constructive discussion and development of joint solutions through the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practices.
