Nemeth: Montenegro has made remarkable progress since regaining independence

Prime Minister Milo Đukanović hosted earlier today Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hungarian Parliament Zsolt Németh.

Montenegro has made a remarkable progress since regaining its independence, Mr Németh noted, adding that its further progress in pursuing European and Euro-Atlantic agenda is crucial for the overall stability and perspective of the Western Balkans.

PM Đukanović said that Montenegro is committed to pursuing its strategic goals, voicing belief that the joint efforts of Montenegro and its partners such as Hungary will result in inviting Montenegro to become a NATO member state in December this year. He also stressed the importance of boosting bilateral relations with a particular emphasis on economic cooperation.
