Officials from the Directorate for Coordination of EU Financial Support of the Ministry of European Affairs participated in the training “Visibility and Communication in Strategic Projects,” held within the framework of the strategic project SAG – Strengthening and Simplifying Processes for a Digital and Well-Governed South Adriatic (SA GOVERNANCE).

During the training, participants improved their knowledge of planning and implementing visibility and communication activities in projects funded by the European Union through practical and interactive exercises. Special attention was given to the importance of a strategic approach to communication, recognizable presentation of institutions, and strengthening transparency and public awareness of project results.
Such training is particularly important for enhancing the capacities of civil servants, as it contributes to better understanding of EU communication standards, more efficient dissemination of information about reform processes, and increased public trust in institutional work.
Through the project activities of SA GOVERNANCE, the Ministry of European Affairs and its partners continuously invest in professionalization, digitalization, and openness of public administration, with the goal of contributing to the development of a modern, efficient, and citizen-oriented administration in the programme area.
