Students of the Faculty of Political Science visited the European Integration Office

Students of the Faculty of Political Science visited the Office for European Integration and discussed with its representatives about Montenegro`s accession to the European Union, as well as benefits and challenges of the process.

Deputy Chief Negotiator Marko Mrdak, Adviser to the Chief Negotiator Dragana Markovic and the Head of the Group of programmes with EU member states, Ana Savjak, spoke to 20 students at premises of the European Integration Office.

Representatives of the Office said that students are part of a society that motivates decision-makers, adding that the process of Montenegro`s EU integration is based mostly on young people – members of negotiation teams who are aware of the responsibilities and complexity of the work they are doing.

“Today you learn about current issues in our country and global community, as well as about policies of the European Union and its values and tomorrow you will apply your knowledge in practice. Former students of the Faculty of Political Science work at the European Integration Office now. Therefore, we encourage you to continue with your education in order to be valuable contribution to the Montenegrin and EU administrations, once you become citizens of the European Union”, representatives of the Office said.
