Based on Articles 32b, 32đ, 32e paragraph 2, and 32ž paragraph 1 of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (“Official Gazette of Montenegro” No. 39/11, 37/17, and 84/24) and the Regulation on Financing Projects and Programs of Non-Governmental Organizations in Areas of Public Interest (“Official Gazette of Montenegro” No. 13/18), and in connection with the Public Call for the allocation of funds for financing projects and programs of NGOs in the field of Euro-Atlantic and European integration of Montenegro for 2025, entitled “Dialogue for Europe,” No. 07-056/25-829/9 of May 6, 2025, the Commission for the Allocation of Funds for Financing Projects/Programs of NGOs in the Field of Euro-Atlantic and European Integration of Montenegro for 2025 (hereinafter: the Commission), based on the established Ranking List of evaluated projects by independent assessors, on July 11, 2025, adopted the following:
