Second Call for Proposals for submission of project proposals within the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020 has been published

European Integration Office, as a Montenegrin National Body of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020, is pleased to inform the public and potential applicants that the Managing Authority – Agency for Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia published the 2nd Call for Proposals within this programme of European territorial cooperation.

The Programme welcomes potential applicants to submit their applications via electronic Monitoring System (eMS) until 20 December 2018 at 12:00h.

Applications may be submitted within the following Priority Axes:

1 – Improving the quality of the services in public health and social care sector;
2 – Protecting the environment and nature, improving risk prevention and promoting sustainable energy and energy efficiency;
3 – Contributing to the development of tourism and preserving cultural and natural heritage; and
4 – Enhancing competitiveness and developing business environment in the Programme area.

The amount allocated to the 2nd Call for Proposals is 25.9 million EUR out of which 22.5 million EUR represents EU co-financing and 3.3 million EUR represents national co-financing.

Aimed at providing detailed information and practical advice, the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat staff will organise 7 information sessions, with the following schedule:

• 27 September 2018, Bijeljina
• 28 September 2018, Pleternica
• 2 October 2018, Nikšić
• 4 October 2018, Tivat
• 10 October 2018, Solin
• 11 October 2018, Livno, and
• 12 October 2018, Bihać.

Additionally, three Project Clinics, as well as thematic Workshop on Energy Efficiency, addressing specific issues of Priority Axis 2 and related Specific Objective 2.2: To promote utilization of sustainable energy and energy efficiency, will be organized during October and November 2018. Potential applicants will have an opportunity to receive recommendations and advice, as well as all relevant information for the preparation of project proposals.
