Call open to form part of the 4th EU MRS Week programme

Following the success of last year’s event, the call for stakeholder sessions has been relaunched to include inputs from stakeholders around the three selected themes Skills, Energy and Funding into the programme to address the most burning issues from stakeholders’ point of view.

The 4th EU MRS Week will be held in hybrid format from 24 to 28 April 2023 in Brussels under the slogan transform to thrive.

Requirements

From Monday morning (24 April) until Wednesday morning (26 April), the programme will provide room for a total of nine stakeholder sessions. Each session will be held in digital format for a duration of 90 minutes. The submitted application has to contain a complete proposal, i.e. confirmed speakers, moderator(s), structured agenda, preferred time slot etc.

Proposals with a cross-MRS approach and inspiring best practices replicable across the four EU macro-regions will be given preference.

Given the limited number of sessions that will be chosen this year, applicants are strongly advise to read the Partners Guideline for more information on the applicable conditions, around the three themes etc. A link to the Partners Guideline is available when entering the website for the call for stakeholder sessions.

To apply, please go to the dedicated website, insert the password: EUMRSWEEK and  submit the proposal until 10 March 2023.

The results will be communicated on 17 March 2023 to all applicants.

We are looking forward to receiving your contributions to shape the 4th EU MRS Week with us.
