The working group was established in February 2013. The negotiator for this Chapter is Danijela Stolica, Assistant Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the head of the working group is Aleksandar Joksimović, Director of the Marine Biology Institute. Secretary of the working group is Velimir Šljivančanin of the MFAEI. The working group comprises 42 members (24 from state institutions, 18 from the civil society).
