Prime Minister Milo Đukanović meets in Bratislava President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelašvili

On the sidelines of the GLOBSEC forum in Bratislava, Prime Minister Milo Đukanović met with President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelašvili.

The two officials’ meeting in Bratislava testifies to dynamic political dialogue between the two countries, which have common strategic European and Euro-Atlantic goals. PM Đukanović and President Margvelašvili agreed that integration is the only reasonable answer to modern challenges and guarantor of regional stability. In that context, President of Georgia welcomed Montenegro’s progress and success in the process of joining the EU and NATO.

The two officials emphasised the friendly ties established between the two people, which form a sound basis for achieving strategic objectives and deepening cooperation. Montenegro and Georgia will encourage development of economic cooperation and communication between business communities, the meeting concluded.
