As part of the project “EU for All in Montenegro (EU4ALL),” the first call for project proposals has been published, making a total of €900,000 in grant funding available to Montenegrin municipalities. Initiatives and projects aimed at improving public infrastructure, as well as services at the local level, may receive non-refundable funding ranging from €30,000 to €60,000 per project.
All local self-government units are eligible to participate and may submit projects through this programme in line with their development priorities.
The EU4ALL project is co-financed by the European Union and implemented by NALAS in partnership with the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, with the aim of strengthening municipal capacities for the efficient use of EU funds and advancing local development.
