With a great atmosphere and competitive spirit, the European Pub Quiz arrived in Bar for the first time last night, turning the restaurant l’Abruzzo into a place where knowledge and fun came together perfectly. Eleven teams participated in this popular format, showing that questions about the European Union and general knowledge are even more engaging when tackled as a team.

Participants, organized in teams of up to five members, had the opportunity to test their knowledge on topics related to the European Union, its values, and the European integration process. After an exciting and close competition, the winning team “Bad Timing” was announced.

One of the team members, Damir Duraković, emphasized that his team fought hard until the end, but, as he said, small details made the difference.
“Everything was excellently organized. I came to have fun, and in the end, we also won. The European Pub Quiz is perfect for young people, but also for everyone from 7 to 77 who wants to have fun and show their knowledge,” Duraković said.

In addition to prizes for the top-ranked team, valuable awards were given to randomly selected teams that finished in the middle and lower ranks: “Zmaj Ognjeni Vuk” and “Snupi.” This highlighted the message that socializing, participation, and positive energy are just as important as the final result.

The European Pub Quiz in Bar was organized by the Ministry of European Affairs and the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro, through the EU4ME and European House projects, in collaboration with the quiz creator Zoran Miljanić.

After successful quizzes in Podgorica, Nikšić, and Bar, the European Pub Quiz will continue its journey in 2026, with new events planned in Budva, Berane, and Bijelo Polje.
