The Multifunctional HUB, part of the strategic SA GOVERNANCE project, has been officially established as a modern digital platform aimed at strengthening institutional capacities, knowledge exchange, and improving cooperation among public administrations in Italy, Albania, and Montenegro.
The platform enables networking among institutions, expert support in digitalization, public policies, and EU funds, as well as knowledge transfer through a working group of experts from the partner countries. The platform will be available as open source, supported by national agencies and universities with specific expertise, and will be directly linked to work packages WP2 and WP3.

The SA GOVERNANCE project contributes to the modernization of public administration in line with the priorities of the IPA South Adriatic Program, through the improvement of public services, strengthening digital skills, and better understanding of EU procedures.
The Multifunctional HUB will continue to operate after the project’s completion, serving as a sustainable platform for learning, collaboration, and support for administrative reforms in the South Adriatic region.
The Ministry of European Affairs will continue activities aimed at supporting institutions, strengthening capacities, and enhancing cross-border cooperation within the SA GOVERNANCE project.
