The Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) are organizing a regional dialogue titled: “Women Leading: Economy, Alliances and the Future of Integration.”
The event will be held on May 4 and 5, 2026, at the Splendid Hotel in Budva.
The regional dialogue will bring together high-level representatives of Western Balkan governments, European Union institutions, international organizations, experts from the region and Europe, as well as representatives of the private sector, civil society, academia, and the media.
The aim of the event is to encourage strategic dialogue on the role of women in economic development, strengthening regional cooperation, and the process of European integration, with a particular focus on advancing women’s economic empowerment, strengthening political accountability for gender equality, and developing regional alliances and networks of women leaders.
Over the two days, opening remarks, panel discussions, and thematic sessions will be organized.

Agron Camaj, Director of the Human Resources Administration
The working languages of the event are Montenegrin and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided.
