The second workshop on the preparation of project proposals within the cross-border cooperation program Serbia-Montenegro was organized

On September 19, a workshop on the topic “Preparation of project proposals within the Cross-Border Cooperation Program Serbia-Montenegro 2021-2027” was successfully held in Pljevlja.

As part of preparations for the upcoming call for project proposals, the workshop was organized by the Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro, with the help of the Program’s Joint Technical Secretariat.

The workshop was attended by 50 representatives of national and local institutions, as well as non-governmental organizations. During the training, the participants were presented in detail the Cross-Border Cooperation Program of the two countries, its goals, structure and priorities, key aspects of the project cycle and project development, but also practical advice on how to apply, preparation of the logical framework matrix and budget. All interested parties had the opportunity to get answers to their questions.

The workshop was attended by representatives of the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro: Nada Pejović, Head of the Directorate for Bilateral Cross-Border Programs, and Jovan Jovović, Program Coordinator.

The cross-border cooperation program Serbia-Montenegro 2021-2027 is financed by the European Union within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III), with the aim of strengthening socio-economic development in the cross-border area between Serbia and Montenegro.
