MEA publishes the non-paper for Chapters 23 and 24

The Ministry of European Affairs, with the consent of the European Commission, published the Non-paper of the European Commission on the state of play in Chapters 233 and 24, with the aim of providing quality and comprehensive information to the public regarding the process of accession of Montenegro to the EU.

By publishing this document that provides the overview of the situation in the areas of reform of the judiciary, fight against corruption, human rights, police cooperation, and fight against organised crime, the Government continues to demonstrate a transparent and proactive approach in conducting the negotiating process, and the intention to share with the public its results and intensify the dialogue concerning the current and imminent challenges and commitments in the area of the rule of law.
