The Ministry of European Affairs is organising a press conference on Friday, 12 June 2026, at which the European Commission document, the Non-Paper on the Rule of Law, will be presented.
The conference will be held at the Press Centre of the Government of Montenegro, starting at 11:30 a.m.
The findings from the informal document of the European Commission will be presented at the conference by:
Predrag Zenović, Chief Negotiator of Montenegro with the EU
Biljana Papović, State Secretary at the Ministry of European Affairs
Jelena Grdinić, Head of the Negotiating Working Group for Chapter 23
Jovana Mijović, Head of the Negotiating Working Group for Chapter 24
The Government Public Relations Service will provide media outlets with photo and video material.
