ABOUT THE “28to28” CAMPAIGN:
Intellectual Property Day is marked as part of the “28to28” campaign, implemented by the Ministry of European Affairs through the EU4ME project, in cooperation with the European House. The campaign aims to present to the citizens of Montenegro, in a simple and understandable way, the concrete benefits of closing four negotiating chapters in the EU accession process – Chapter 7 (Intellectual Property Law), Chapter 10 (Information Society and Media), Chapter 20 (Enterprise and Industrial Policy), and Chapter 5 (Public Procurement). These benefits include better protection of ideas and innovations, development of digital skills, a more efficient business environment, and a more transparent public procurement system.
